Holiday Arrival Kits/Welcome Packs

It is with great pleasure that I attest to the character and trade capabilities of Alan and Jodie Poole and their company, Welcompak. We have utilised the services of Welcompak to supply us with welcome packs for the holiday managements we manage for over 5 years.

Alan and Jodie deliver promptly and personally, usually arriving at our office within one or two days of us placing the order.

We first made the decision to supply welcome packs to the holiday guests as we were often confronted with people whom had arrived ill-equipped, despite being told our properties do not supply toiletries and the like. We would often receive comments such as “would be preferable if toilet paper was supplied when we arrived”, especially from guests who arrived after hours. Once we provided the incoming guest with a Welcompak these comments have all but disappeared.

We found the whole experience of using these great little bags satisfying and another great extra service we can offer our holiday guests. The response was amazing, our guests loved receiving them on arrival. They feel that we really do care because we supply a few of the essentials to assist them before they can get to the grocery store to stock up.

One other thing we liked was their delivery service. We don’t need to stock large numbers, as a carton of welcome packs was only a phone call away.

We would recommend Alan, Jodie and Welcompak to people who prefer to offer that little bit extra service to their guests.
